What services do you provide?
Catering
We are a catering company - so anything related to food, we're your gals! Weddings, Conferences, Birthdays, Engagements, Staff Meetings, Girls Brunch, we do it all!
We love fresh, colourful, seasonal ingredients and anything that is nourishing for your body. We have our own menu full of our favourite things, but we can come up with a bespoke menu to suit you and your event. Get in touch with us!
Ready to Eat Meals (F45 Challenge Meals)
We partner with 20+ F45 gyms in Auckland and provide their challenge meals. Each meal is designed to be calorie restricted, high protein, moderate carbs and fats and delicious! We have vegetarian and vegan options available and we cater to any dietary requirements. All of our operations, processes and food labels are approved by the Ministry of Primary Industries (MPI) so you know our food is safe and suitable. All common allergens are declared on our labels, but if you have any other allergies or intolerances, let us know and we'll do our best to accomodate them. Having said that, we can't guarantee cross contamination won't occur as we handle a lot of different ingredients in our kitchen.
We deliver to F45 gyms, and also offer a Home/Work delivery service.
All of our mainstream Ready to Eat Meals are made WITHOUT gluten. Some Vegetarian plant based alternatives do contain gluten and are declared on our product labelling.
Our meals are packaged in compostable packaging, in line with our sustainability movement. They have a shelf life of 3 days (naturally) as we don't alter the atmosphere of our packaging, so you know your food is always fresh, the best of quality, plus, you won't get any funky, off-putting smells!
Because we make your meals throughout the week, and with our choice of using sustainable packaging, unfortunately we can't transport food across the country via courier within a short time frame (yet!).
Platters
Our wholesome platters are perfect for sharing and are filled with seasonal produce, artisan breads, meats, cheeses & our handmade dips, chutneys & seed crackers. These are made without gluten. All breads are served on the side.
Cafe
Our kitchen is based in the beautiful Rothesay Bay. We sell our Ready to Eat meals, wraps, sandwiches, raw slices, cakes, smoothies, cold pressed juices, health shots and lots of other goodies. We would love to see you!
Our address is 2A/585 Beach Road, Rothesay Bay. Inside the apartment building, first shop on the left.
Slices
Our raw, vegan slices are made without gluten, dairy or refined sugar. We have a selection of flavours, from snickers, to raspberry brownie, espresso & ginger!
They can be found at our shop in Rothesay Bay, or Bowl & Arrow stores in Westfield Newmarket, Commercial Bay Shopping Centre & Orakei Bay Village.
Can we pick up our order?
Yes you can! Pick up in store during our store hours, or let us know a time and we'll make sure we have your order ready.
Please note: Ready to Eat meal pick up times are specified so you can only pick up during the times specified on the product page for Ready to Eat meals.
Do you deliver?
