Fresh Meals

Are packed and dispatched on Mondays for same or next day delivery depending on the shipping option you choose. NZ Couriers delivers next day (Tuesday) in MOST cases. Urgent Couriers delivers same day (Monday) between 12-5pm.

Please note: If you have placed your order after the cut off on Thursday at 8pm, you won't receive your order until Monday/Tuesday week (not the next coming week). 

Auckland Pick Up

If you are picking up from us, you are welcome to collect from us from 7am-12pm on Monday morning, or during our (Google) opening hours. We are now closed on Tuesdays. 

Auckland Delivery (Suburban)

Your meals are packed with insulation and ice packs so the courier is able to leave your meals at your door if you are not home. They will come in a box and will need to be refrigerated as soon as possible.

The Rest of NZ

Your meals are couriered via NZ Couriers, and packed in food grade thermal packaging with ice packs to keep them cold. They will be left at your doorstep if you are not home and will need to be refrigerated as soon as possible.

Please NOTE: We cannot deliver to RURAL ADDRESSES, so please keep this mind before ordering, as we do not take responsibility for meals spoiling due to a longer delivery time. Our system does not pick up Rural Addresses so purchase at your own risk. If you have read these terms after you have made your purchase, please get in touch with us to cancel your order. 

Frozen Meals

Are packed and dispatched within 2-4 working days via the same delivery partners mentioned above. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Alternatively, you can pick up in store on Mondays during store hours (7am-12pm).

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Please keep in mind, the above times are based on a normal weekly schedule and may change based on public holidays and other factors beyond our control which can cause delays. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time as it depends on the courier schedule in your area. If you are unsure about delivery in your area, please email us (hello@togethercatering.co.nz). 
  • Our meals are packaged in modified atmospheric packaging (gas flushed) which allows them to stay fresh for the week and during transport. All meals have a shelf life of 7-10 days refrigerated or 6 months if frozen.
  • We recommend consuming all meals with fresh salad in them within 3 days of receiving them. All other meals are freezable. 

Platter & Salad Box Orders

Please use our Date & Time selector at checkout to choose your delivery date and time. We deliver these to you ourselves to guarantee they arrive in immaculate condition, and on time. 

Breakfasts & Slices

We ship these to you with your meals or other orders you have placed. Please allow 2-4 working days for dispatch if you have ordered these items separately (without meals). Note: we send out Smoothie Pouches via Urgent Couriers 6-9pm on Mondays only (to reduce the chances of the smoothies defrosting) so if you have ordered these, they will be shipped separately to your meals or other items. If you'd like them shipped together, you will need to order frozen meals.
