By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for understanding our delivery process. If you are not home at the time of delivery and no one is available to accept the parcel, you authorize us to leave the package at your doorstep or designated delivery location. We do not take responsibility for any parcels left unattended. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of our delivery policies and make necessary arrangements to receive your package.

Our shipping is carried out by a third party. Goods damaged or lost may be compensated by the Courier but Together Bespoke Catering Limited is unable to absorb any costs due to transport of our products. If you have any issues or concerns, these will need to be raised with the Courier directly.
