Ready to Eat Meals

Here at Together, we are firm believers in health coming from the inside out. Food is fuel, and can be healing as much as it can be exciting, nutritious and tasty. 
We know it can be hard work fitting meal prep into a busy lifestyle, so that is where we can step in.
Our ready made meals are designed to fit within general health and well-being guidelines, with a focus on micronutrients and super foods.
We have 3 different meal sizes to suit everyone so you can tailor your meal servings to suit your personal goals. Whether it's to lose weight, maintain your weight for overall health, if you're wanting to gain muscle, or simply make healthier choices - you have come to the right place. 
All our meals are made WITHOUT gluten*, and made with free range meat and eggs, and packaged in compostable packaging, as sustainability is important to us. We make our meals FRESH throughout the week, and we deliver 2-3 times a week to ensure fresh meals are delivered to you. Our produce is always fresh and come from local growers (you won't find plain, frozen vegetables here!).
Our menu changes weekly to ensure a good variety of meals, both hot and cold to keep you on track. Our aim is for meals to be DELICIOUS as eating healthy doesn't mean missing out. We have over 80 different meals on rotation so any meal plan will keep you satisfied and looking forward to the next meal!
We have partnered with most F45 gyms across Auckland and provide their challenge meals  (let us know if yours isn't on our list!) - and we are now offering home or work delivery for non-F45 members and people who want fresh meals delivered to their door!
Small meals are between 400-500 calories.
Medium meals are  between 500-600 calories.
Large meals are  between 600-700 calories.

We also have a range of breakfasts, cold pressed juices and snacks!
