Your meals are chilled on the entire journey to you. They will come in a box and will need to be refrigerated immediately. If you are not home, the courier will call you, and ask for authority to leave, or arrange redelivery. We do not take responsibility if your meals are delayed due to you not providing a phone number, or not answering the phone upon delivery. Delivery times are anywhere between 9am-7pm.
The Rest of NZ
Your meals are couriered via NZ Post, and packed in food grade thermal packaging with ice packs to keep them cold. They will be left at your doorstep if you are not home and will need to be refrigerated as soon as possible.
Frozen Meals
Are packed and dispatched within 2-4 working days via the same delivery partners mentioned above. Please keep this in mind before ordering. Alternatively, you can pick up in store on Mondays during store hours (6am-2pm).
Fresh Meals
Are packed and dispatched on Mondays for next day delivery (Tuesday). Alternatively, you can pick up in store on Mondays during store hours (6am-2pm).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Please keep in mind, the above times are based on a normal weekly schedule and may change based on public holidays and other factors beyond our control which can cause delays. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time as it depends on the courier schedule in your area. If you are unsure about delivery in your area, please email us (hello@togethercatering.co.nz).
- Our meals are packaged in modified atmospheric packaging (gas flushed) which allows them to stay fresh for the week and during transport. All meals have a shelf life of 7-10 days refrigerated or 6 months if frozen.
- We recommend consuming all meals with fresh salad in them within 3 days of receiving them. All other meals are freezable.
